1. Introduction

These Terms govern the cooperation between Elite Company s.r.o. (brand PropHelix), with its registered office at Hlavná 2901/61, 080 01 Prešov, Slovak Republic (the “Company”), and the affiliate partner (the “Partner”). By registering for the affiliate program, the Partner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2. Nature of the Service

The Company provides simulated trading services only (challenge programs on demo accounts).

• This is not real trading on financial markets.

• This is not an investment service or broker service.

• The Company does not provide investment advice.

All activities take place in a simulated environment.

3. Affiliate Program

The affiliate program allows Partners to earn commissions for referring new customers (traders) who:

• register through the referral link

• purchase a simulated challenge program (demo account)

4. Commissions

The Partner earns a commission for each valid customer according to their current level:

• Level 1: 7%

• Level 2: 12%

• Level 3: 17%

• Level 4: 22%

• Level 5: up to 25%

The Company reserves the right to change commission rates or program conditions at any time.

5. Sub-Affiliate System

From Level 3, the Partner may build their own affiliate network (sub-affiliate system).

• The Partner may also earn commissions from partners they introduce.

• The commission structure is agreed individually.

6. Payouts

• Payouts are processed every 2 weeks.

• Minimum payout amount: €100.

• Payouts are made through the selected payment methods.

The Company reserves the right to:

• suspend payouts• review the Partner’s activity

7. Valid Customer

A valid customer is a trader who:

• registers through the referral link

• pays for a simulated challenge program

• does not violate the Company’s terms

The Company reserves the right to reject a customer in the event of fraud.

8. Tracking

• Each Partner receives a unique referral link.

• Tracking is carried out using cookies and internal systems.

• In the event of a dispute, the Company’s internal tracking records shall prevail.

9. Prohibited Activities

The Partner must not:

• use spam

• create fake accounts

• use false or misleading claims

• guarantee profits or success

• promote the service as an investment opportunity

• use brand bidding without approval

• violate applicable laws

10. Restricted Countries

The Partner may not target, promote, or provide services to persons from the following countries:

• United States of America (USA)

• Iran

• North Korea

• Syria

• Cuba

• Russia

• Belarus

• any countries subject to international sanctions

The Company reserves the right to update this list at any time.

11. Liability and Disclaimer

• The Company does not provide financial or investment advice.

• Trading results are not guaranteed.

• The Partner must not present the services as a way to earn money without risk.

• Every customer acts at their own responsibility.

12. Account Termination

The Company reserves the right to:

• terminate cooperation without prior notice

• withhold commissions in the event of a breach of these Terms

13. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be changed at any time. The updated version will be published on the website.

14. Final Provisions

These Terms become effective on the date of the Partner’s registration.
