Maximum Daily Loss
DAILY LIMIT 3%
OF INITIAL NALANCE
Your daily loss must not exceed 3% of the initial balance.
Equity — including open positions, commissions,
and swaps — must never fall below the allowed daily loss limit.
The limit resets at midnight CE(S)T each day based on the account balance at that time.
Example for a $100,000 Instant Account
Day 1: Starting balance $100,000 → Limit = $97,000
Day 2: Balance at midnight = $103,000 → Limit = $100,000
Day 3: Balance at midnight = $102,500 → Limit = $99,500
Includes open P&L, commissions, and swaps
The daily limit resets at midnight CE(S)T. If your equity drops below the limit at any point during the day, the rule is breached.

Maximum Overall Loss
Initial balance: $100,000
Maximum Overall Loss: $6,000
Equity floor: $94,000 — your equity can never drop below this.
This includes unrealized P&L from open positions.
Example for a $100,000 Instant Account
Your total account loss must not exceed 6% of the initial balance. If this limit is breached at any point, the account is no longer valid. This includes unrealized P&L from open positions.

MAX 20% PER DAY
No single trading day may account for more than 20% of your total profit. This ensures your results come from consistent daily performance rather than one lucky day.

Total profit so far: $5,000
Max single day profit allowed: $1,000 (20%)
Day 1: +$800 ✓ (16% of total)
Day 2: +$1,200 ✗ (24% of total — exceeds 20%)
This ensures your results are built on repeatable daily consistency.
